Dominating the promenade at Eastbourne, this majestic hotel, dating back to 1875, epitomises the grandeur of the Victorian seaside resort. Part of the Elite Hotels group, The Grand has an impressive façade, while inside, is a fine selection of function rooms for Christmas parties. Of the 17 available the stand-out space are the Victorian Galleries, complete with ornate styling and period furniture. Both in-house restaurants have received numerous awards and are available for festive lunches and dinners. Organised party nights will be held on 8, 14,15 and 21 December and cost £49.50pp. Guests can stay overnight for £120pp.
