Located in Jephson’s Park on the banks of the river Leam in Leamington Spa, close to the M40 and Birmingham International Airport, this modern, glass-fronted venue makes the most of its views over the idyllic gardens and lake. It’s connected to Temperate House, a beautiful former Victorian nursery with plants, streams and a waterfall. Following a total refurbishment in late 2012, Jephson’s is a popular choice for weddings, private parties and corporate events for up to 200 guests. There is plenty of room to host meetings, particularly on a warm day when one side can open up onto a wide terrace overlooking the gardens and fountain. This makes an ideal spot for refreshment breaks, barbecues or as a breakout area when the weather allows.
