Located in the centre of the City, the Grade I-listed livery hall is offering Christmas packages in its three event spaces. The venue’s head of catering, renowned Austrian chef Herbert Berger –
who’s gained a Michelin star three times during his career – will showcase his culinary prestige in the intimate Old and New Court Rooms (14 guests minimum) as well as the grand Great Hall (40
guests minimum). Dishes such as roulade of partridge and pheasant with autumn chutney, Waldorf salad and walnut oil, pave of pink prime Scotch beef, morels in vin jaune veloute and poached pear in
mulled wine with gingerbread ice cream are on offer, and packages (starting at £80pp +VAT) also include venue hire, a Christmas Bellini on arrival, coffee and petit fours and house wine.
