Host your next event at BAFTA 195 Piccadilly, an iconic venue in the heart of London. Housed inside a grade II-listed building, this regal property has been known to host its fair share of red-carpet events in its time. More importantly, it can be privately hired for your very own special affair, be it a meeting, celebration, drinks reception or awards ceremony.

The five-storey venue covers 1,600 square metres of flexible event space, boasting a wealth of stunning rooms to suit all your needs. It’s also kitted out with state-of-the-art facilities, from AV equipment to a truly sustainable management system.

Discover spaces large and small. If it’s a screening you’re looking to host, then the Princess Anne Theatre is a technologically advanced option able to host over 220 people. With Dolby Vision projectors, a large stage, luxurious armchair seating and temperature-controlled air conditioning, there’s no finer place to host a seminar, conference or presentation.

For smaller affairs, the David Lean boardroom is perfect for meetings or breakout sessions. Designed to promote creativity, this space can hold up to 15 people and features a central oval table, photographs of iconic figures on the wall, and bright lighting.

BAFTA 195 Piccadilly even boasts a stunning alfresco terrace up on the rooftop, with incredible views over Piccadilly Circus. Perfect for gatherings, celebrations and product launches, this space is suited to events that wow.

Food and drink is taken care of in house by executive chef Anton Manganaro, who has created a series of seasonal menus centred around modern British cuisine. From fine dining to bowl food and elegant canapes, Manganaro is able to offer both set and bespoke menus to suit the style of your event. While front of house manager Graham Lloyd-Bennett has created a wine list featuring classic and unexpected grape varieties.

Spaces dedicated to stimulating generations of talent in the screen industries can be used to inspire your guests too, including the UK’s only Clore Learning Space dedicated to the art of the moving image (Room 4). From small meetings and breakout rooms to large-scale receptions, the Creative and Future Galleries can be as intimate or expansive as you require. As our dedicated Member’s space, the Richard Attenborough Rooms are only available to hire on a limited number of days across the year. The space can be hired for evening events during the week and all day events can take place during the weekends.
