each. Simple, elegant British menus match the minimalist interiors and feature the likes of wild mushroom on toast with slow-cooked hen’s egg, followed by crispy pork belly, sweetcorn, onion and
honey. Breakfast meetings are a popular option here too – the PDR has a 46-inch LED screen.
