Located above sister restaurant Floridita on Wardour Street, the pan-Indian Carom is just as colourful as its Cuban relation. Vibrant silks, cushions and trinkets adorn the room and there’s, of
course, plenty of colour on the plate as well. The restaurant’s menu is designed for sharing and features sub-continental dishes that suit family-style grazing as well as a more traditional
banqueting setup. Its private dining room seats up to 44 guests and features a plasma screen and built-in media centre, so meetings are catered for just as well as dining. Larger groups can hire
the whole restaurant exclusively, accommodating up to 500 people. Cookery and cocktail masterclasses are also available.
