The RICS headquarters are located in an imposing red brick Victorian-style building on the corner of Parliament Square. Purpose-built for the institution in 1899, the venue is currently undergoing
extensive refurbishment of the Council Chamber & 130-seater Lecture Hall, as well as the panoramic President’s Suite penthouse. A further four meeting spaces, all with natural daylight &
catering for up to 24 delegates, will also be created on the ground floor. The President’s Suite is set to reopen in March 2009, while all other rooms will be available from April 2009. Bespoke
catering is created for events or alternatively guests can dine in the RICS café.
