The Delaunay is the Wolseley strike 2, yet another fabulous grand dining hall with a nod to European fare. Think einfach klasse weiners eg bockwurst, Vienesse hot dogs and a German favourite, Tarte flambé (huge, light, cheesy but a little bit porky thin pizza) and huge crispy light schnitzels. Basically, the kind of fare you can imagine eating with the main baddie in Tarantino's Inglorious bastards. You can dress up in the evening with friends or go casual for lunch or have a posh work breakfast (if expenses stretch…). The service was impeccable, as expected from this group. If you like the Wolseley, you will like this joint. PS go to the Savoy Beaufort bar for an aperitif (just down the road) beforehand to kickstart a wonderful evening.
