Martha's review of Palm Restaurant

I know The Palm from my childhood. As a matter of fact, we ate there so much, a charicature of my Father sat on the wall for many years. So one could imagine my thrill when, after many years searching, The Palm opened here. I have been 3 times in its first 10 ten days of opening. From the moment you walk in until the last bit of lobster, it is a PALM experience. For me, there is nothing better – a taste of home.

The Palm offers broiled lobster, which is my preference (my sister likes boiled, also on offer) from Canada and great american Steak. I miss the Italian/American dishes , but understand that might come in the future. Also, I would be keen to have some clams.

The Palm is everything it should be, great service, great food.its THE PALM. Its pricey, but the lobster has travelled a lot farther than me for dinner!
