Happy Maki is a pioneering vegan sushi brand making healthy, filling vibrant food that never compromises on flavour.

 

Anna started selling sushi burritos at events in 2013, combining her passions for the environment and public health. She was keen to show people that sushi could be delicious without fish, sushi means seasoned rice after all!

 

 One van became two, then a shop in Brighton opened and now our love for ethics and delicious food continues to fuel the company.
