We do everything ourselves. We do not buy any ready made food. From burger buns to bacon, it is all made in house. This kind of commitment requires passion and a dedication to your produce.  We focus on pizza – a pizza like you never tasted before – but we also create amazing salads, platters, meat dishes and pasta dishes.

Our desserts are to die for. Besides tarts and puddings, we make our own ice cream, using the old, traditional method of eggs, sugar, milk and cream. Our sorbets are pure fruits, crushed and frozen.

Wherever possible we use local and organic because we are committed to zero miles goals and eliminating our carbon contribution completely.
