Delicate sushi hand-rolls come generously stuffed with sweet, fluffy crabmeat & beautifully ripe avocado in an Asian-leaning starter, ahead of a closer-to-home main of dry-aged Irish sirloin, served perfectly rare with an indulgent dollop of potato & horseradish gratin on the side. Finish with a passionfruit tart accompanied by bitter dark chocolate sorbet.
