Opened in 2002, the Dining Room has been attracting attention on account of Jim Kerr’s light but deft touch in the kitchen. Asian & Italian influences are subtly felt but seasonality & good sourcing are at the root of Kerr’s success. It is not the most grand of settings, but nor is it homely, & it could give many of Glasgow’s more glittering gastrodomes a run for their money.
