Occupying the site of the original Yang Sing (which has relocated to Princess Street), this baby brother of the popular Chinese offers an experience that is just about as rich as that provided by the older sibling. The dim sum is legendary and there is a real inventiveness to the Cantonese-based cooking of the main menu, where options may include dim sum & king prawns with soya & chilli sauce. All is moderately priced and there is plenty of choice in the sub-£10 bracket.
