The dishes on offer are created using locally-sourced ingredients where possible, with emphasis on good quality Scottish fare. Menus change according to the season, so one trip is definitely not enough to sample all that it has to offer. Luxury is the keyword at the hotel and this theme continues in the restaurant. In fact, this is one of the finest restaurants in Dunblane, as you would expect from somewhere bearing the Hilton name.
