Restaurants in Falmouth aren't hard to find when you know where to look, this pretty town is packed with perfect places to get a bite - whether you're looking for fine-dining or a quick grab and go spot.

Located on the south coast of Cornwall and at the mouth of the River Fal, Falmouth is a quaint coastal village with an impressive history. It seems understandable that such a charming city is the birthplace of characters from the popular children’s book The Wind in the Willows, and because it is the largest port in Cornwall, Falmouth remains the lively place from the stories.

The food scene in Falmouth is centered around their history as an oyster village, and their continued use of sail power and hand-pulled dredges (instead of engines) provides them with the status of being one of the most ecologically-careful and traditional harvest-towns in Europe. As a result, the oysters, as well as the rest of their seafood, are remarkably fresh and delicious, making Falmouth a must-stop for foodies in Cornwall.
