Every year, thousands upon thousands of us pack the car or jump on the train and head down to sunny Brighton for a weekend. Brighton seafront in particular is packed with bars, restaurants, nightclubs and amusement arcades, as well as John Nash’s Royal Pavilion and Brighton Pier. The city has long had a reputation for excellent vegan food as well - Brighton is generally a very free-spirited and progressive place, and vegan restaurants count among some of the best restaurants in Brighton these days.
