Square Meal Review of Brompton Quarter Brasserie ?

Huge windows & minimalist monochrome decor punctuated by white chandeliers & regular exhibitions of local artwork set the tone at this stylish modern enterprise. Cajoling, black-clad waiters work their ‘Milk Tray man’ charm on the well-maintained ladies who come here to indulge in pre-shopping pastries & lattes, while business types use it as a venue for power breakfasts. As the day draws on, the menu evolves: lunch brings salads from the deli counter as well as daily specials, while dinner is an eclectic mixed bag spanning everything from mezze platters, plates of crustacea, couscous & tagines to wild-mushroom tagliatelle, Toulouse-style sausages & mash or haddock & chips. The smartly appointed basement dining room is now exclusively given over to corporate parties. An extended grocery next door sells takeaway versions of the menu.

I loved it, the place is beautiful, so much details to look at, the art decor is fabulous, but the food is what will really bring me back to the Brompton Quarter, I was informed by the manager that all the bread/pastries/cakes are made in house, I had the organic Sirloin stake it just melted in my mouth accompanied by fresh salads from a choice of many salads from a gorgeous gourmet bar.wow!!
    Thanks

On my way to watch Chelsea lose to Arsenal at Stamford Bridge yesterday, feeling a bit peckish, I popped in with a mate to what seemed a buzzing brasserie. with football in mind, we both ordered the house burger with chips. I must say it was one of the best burgers I ever had. i'm not quite sure if this was the typical food to have looking over all our neighbours being served up. it was very reasonable @ £32 for two with a bottle of water. I will definately pop in again to try out!
Really friendly service though not speedy but understandable as the place was packed. well done guys

Had a lunch over the weekend at Brompton Quarter with my wife.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the food was fresh and the options
from the gourmet bar were so uptizing.
We spent couple of hours in this place and had not only a good meal but a great time
    as the atmosphere is brilliant!
    truly recommend.

    thanks,
