The Davy’s outlet at the foot of Euston Tower eschews this group’s more traditional get-up in favour of chic modernity. There’s a large alfresco terrace that’s something of a draw for smokers among others, who enjoy a bottle of Davy’s own Pinot Grigio (£17.25) or Rioja (£18.95) from a balanced list at approachable prices. Snacks & sandwiches are available for those on the go, otherwise you can linger longer over a grill. A useful bonus is a serviced meeting room for hire that will accommodate up to eight people. The bar’s occasional quiz nights remain popular with after-work stragglers.
