Sticky Fingers

The name tells you everything you need to know about this gaff owned by Rolling Stone Bill Wyman: Sticky Fingers is a heavily themed restaurant stuffed full of rock memorabilia & serving food that, for the most part, is not meant to be eaten with cutlery. Tex-Mex & north American are the best things on the menu: buffalo wings & nachos followed by burgers & steaks, with side orders of corn on the cob & onion rings & brownies, waffles & cheesecakes for pudding. Elsewhere is a range of salads (tuna nicoise, Caesar, goats’ cheese) that attracts lunching mums, as well as main courses such as seared salmon fillet with crayfish cream, though this isn’t really entering into the guilty pleasures spirit of the place. Special offers, such as ‘Monday Madness’ & ‘Pay When You Eat’ (until 6.15pm), are worth noting for burgers on a budget.
