It offers modern Italian cooking & a long Italian wine list both out in the garden & in the vibrantly decorated dining room. Start with octopus with wild rocket & cherry tomato salad or perhaps smoked prosciutto with Sardinian flat bread before mains of ravioli stuffed with ewe’s ricotta, pecorino, broad beans & mint or char-grilled sea bass with potato & courgette tortino. The wine list has something from just about every Italian region, from pricey Barbarescos & Barolos to a 2003 Cusumano Merlot from Sicily to suit more modest budgets. Skewers, bruschettas & the like are available at the bar; for discreet business lunches several plush private dining rooms are available.
