On the site that formerly housed Sugar Reef, this new multi-room venue tries to be all things to all people. The ground floor is an informal drinking zone, with upholstered stool seating, booth tables & a battalion of pumps providing beery solace for the post-work crowds. If solids are required, the bar menu promises reasonably priced fish-finger sandwiches, burgers or scampi & chips; alternatively head to the terrace restaurant for something more substantial. Three-course dinners (£25) offer a straightforward choice of European dishes running from, say, chicken liver pâté via wild mushroom ravioli to sticky toffee pudding. Grace also boasts a downstairs club with a heavy list of cocktails & DJs spinning the sounds until 3am.
