FAQ

  • Why would I want to do this?

At Square Meal, we have always encouraged people to review restaurants. We realise that a lot of our visitors have their own blogs and do not want to write a separate review for us. So, we have decided to make it easy for you to add your review, and we hope you will receive visits from our other users.

  • When will my link appear on Square Meal?

We try to check and approve new links every working day. However, there may be occasions when it takes a few days for us to check all the links.

The checking process allows us to stop people "spamming'" the site, or creating inappropriate links.

  • I have waited a few days, and my link still isn't working.
    • Please check that you used the HTML code exactly as it was supplied. The code is unique to each restaurant.
    • Make sure the HTML was added to the body of your post, not elsewhere on the page.
    • We look for a tag in your page which starts 'link rel="alternate"'. If this is not in place, ensure that you have enabled RSS or Atom feeds for your blog.
