Massive steel vats of bubbling & foaming ale greet you from the glassy front of this impressive building, lit from the outside by cool blue neon & packed with curious silver funnels, pipes, metal beams & artfully placed spotlights. Pilsner, pale ale, black lager & wheat ale are all made on the premises & the brewing process can be viewed throughout – from the sleek upstairs bar down to the massive dining room. The lower floor has views of the open kitchen, where chefs rustle up wood-fired pizzas, risottos, salads & kilo pots of mussels.
