menu includes dishes ranging from local wood pigeon tartare en croûte with lightly pickled vegetables and plum jus to pan-roasted Cornish brill with Brixham mussels, truffle mash, parsley root and
chives. Fine regional cheeses round things off, or you might prefer something sweet – perhaps crispy apple tart with rosemary ice cream.
