Housed in the cellars of an old Victorian brewery and workhouse, The Vaults is a funky addition to Birmingham’s re-energised Jewellery Quarter. Exposed brick arches, autumnal colours and walls hung
with artwork set the tone for a mix of uptown brasserie and debonair, clubby lounge. The kitchen has ditched its restaurant-style food in favour of international ‘tapas’ plates that are more in
