About

This pub has been transformed into one of Bath’s most popular venues at which to eat, drink and stay. It’s ideal for families and now boasts an extensive children’s play area and large garden space.

Once a hotel backing onto Box Staion, this grand building is steeped in history having been frequented in the past by the likes of English Playright, Noel Coward.

Boasting 10 ensuite bedrooms and a vast car park, the Northey is ideal for those train lovers as it sits close to one of Isambard Kingdom Brunels’ masterpieces, Box Tunnel and is also very popular with walking groups enjoying the beautiful Bath suburbs.

Having received Michelin and AA recognition, quality and consistency is the focus in the kitchen, where every ingredient is sourced through exhaustive research of our local suppliers directed by Development Chef, Ross Harper. Our daily changing specials boards focus on the freshest fish from Cornish Shores and runs alongside our main and bar snacks menus. We stock a great range of ciders, lagers and real ales and present a carefully chosen wine list to complement.
