an obsession – note ‘Scrubditch farm’ pork chop with Gorgonzola & carponata. The daily changing Med-leaning menu is as much at home with confit duck with baked figs and calf’s liver with cumin
yogurt and french beans, as it is with a rare roast beef sandwich and grilled chicken Caesar salad. Gorgeous bedrooms, too, with lots of 21st-century toys.
