Dating back to 1450, Redcoats Farmhouse has been a much-loved family-run establishment for the past 25 years, and has achieved a reputation as one of the most favoured restaurants in Hertfordshire.
Set in four acres of gardens and presenting picturesque vistas over the countryside, Redcoats is where the Head Chef and his team serve premier traditional fare. All produce is locally sourced,
including English bacon from a butcher who breeds his own pigs, free range eggs and English handmade cheeses on probably the best cheese board in the area. Fresh orange juice, local honey and
homemade marmalade are also available, alongside fresh fish and vegetables from the best suppliers, all prepared in the kitchen. The outstanding wine cellar can offer the perfect complement to the
food, with a wide selection of international wines. Redcoats is regarded for true quality, flavour and comfort, where 'homemade' really mean something special.
