including Cornish-brewed Chalky’s Bark – a spicy, bottle-aged ale named after Rick Stein’s late dog. There’s a 50-strong whisky list, too, while cocktails span everything from a tamarind-spiked
margarita and green-chilli Qojito to bittor – a blend of Grand Marnier, Amaretto, Angostura 1919 and lime.
