This rustic trattoria in Canterbury is the result of a delightful tale of serendipity... The Olive Grove came to fruition when two Italian travellers who were childhood friends became stranded
after their car broke down just outside the city, and after falling in love with the place the friends decided to stay put and together created this authentic Italian eatery that has become a hit
on the local dining scene. Filled with wooden furniture, terra cotta coloured walls and potted plants, the Olive Grove has a unique, down-to-earth atmosphere, and star dishes include the Fiorentina
pizza and the scalloppine al limone – veal in a lemon butter and white wine sauce served with roast potatoes.
