Horrifying service.
Absolutely horrified by this place. Disgusting customer service. I booked a table and walked 20 minutes to get there. I had the confirmation of my booking emailed to me. When I got to the location and told the guy that I booked a table he asked me "when did you book it" and told me that If I didn't book more than 2 hours ago that I couldn't have my table. Even though I had a confirmation on my phone with my name and the time. He refused to seat us. The restaurant was half empty. I counted at least 10 empty tables!!!!! And still he told me I had to wait in the queue out the door. I am still so outraged by this. I felt completely victomised. What a horrible way to treat a customer. What a terrible way to run a business. 2 men went in just before me and they got seated. It made me wonder if I was being treated this way because I was a woman. It was a truly appalling experience. As I was leaving someone called me entitled. Am I being entitled for wanting to be respected? This restaurant really made me feel less than human.
