dessert. Chris Bradley’s cooking is never dull, & his food appeals to diners of every stripe. Among the highly diverse standouts are Bridgnorth asparagus & garden sorrel risotto soup,
slow-roasted fillet of Marches beef served with parsley & shallot jus, as well as braised beef pie with creamy spinach. Everyone feels thoroughly at ease in the dining room, especially after a
dessert such as pear jelly with pistachio-scented rice pudding. As this is one of Ludlow’s few-remaining destination restaurants, it’s wise to book well in advance.
