Lively, informal and loud, this new venture from the Late Night London Group is a busy magpie mix of decorative inspirations – a sophisticated and ‘now’ offer aimed at young suits rather than the
boss. Here’s to dining, dancing and drinking, with 20 house cocktails regularly selected from master list of 200 – perhaps a Glenfiddich and Poire William Old Fashioned or a Tanqueray 10 and
absinthe sour (over-lemony and insipid to our taste). We also found the OTT portions of imaginatively presented food rather patchy: BBQ pulled pork was average street food, although honey- and
soy-marinated salmon with a zingy, crunchy wholefood salad had a certain appeal. In the high-spec basement club/bar, you can order reasonably priced wines and world beers such as Einstök and
Goose Island; otherwise splash out on vintage fizz at the VIP table (minimum spend £500).
