the hot & cold mazza (the Arabic version of mezze) include a tahini-light hoummos, cottlet (a soft lamb croquette) & sarpavaran (deep-fried squid) made all the crunchier by sesame in the
crumb. Follow with a kebab or rich lamb or chicken stew. If you do intend to eat, get there early or late: at peak times the place is squashed to the point of discomfort.
