other curry-house staples, but the kitchen takes most of its inspiration from the regional traditions of Hyderabad. Typical calls might include anari machi (juicy pan-fried cod fillet marinated in
pomegranate paste), sia kali mirch (chicken breast cooked with cheese and honey yoghurt in a sauce garnished with crushed black peppercorns) or the signature slow-cooked lamb Dalcha with lentils
and curry leaves. After that, move into sweet mode with the likes of traditional halwa (carrot pudding) or mango pannacotta. Wraps and thalis feature at lunchtime, while Sunday brings a special set
deal (£11.99/13.99 for two/three courses).
