Husband Cass presides over the smart, beamed, white table-clothed restaurant, while Viv sends out well-executed dishes such as pan-fried foie gras, a trilogy of vegetable soups, a trio of duck & a ‘symphony of the sea’ – scallops, prawns & other fish in a lemon beurre blanc.
