homemade flavoured vodka tempt with their bright fruity hues, and punters come here to be seriously schooled – the possibilities range from lemongrass and grapefruit to more challenging horseradish
and dill. The clear spirit also turns up in cocktail delights such as rhubarb punch or beetroot martini, which involves lime juice, soy and spices. Otherwise, Breton cider, Polish Browar Amber beer
and bottles of Estonian Viru are on call. If food is required, nestle into one of the green suede banquettes for esoteric bar snacks of Georgian cheese bread, zakuski sharing platters, blinis and
dumplings; a few bigger dishes such as bratwurst with choucroute are also available here if you can’t snag a table in the restaurant.
