classic offerings of tuna, yellowtail & salmon sushi & miso soup alongside more inventive dishes of almond honey shrimp tempura, black cod with a sweet potato & avocado purée, or hot
eel sushi with mozzarella cheese. The simple raw fish tends to shine more than the cooked stuff but, whatever you order, prices seem on the steep side, particularly given the mark-ups on the wine
