A chic, minimalist addition to the burgeoning Soho scene, Ultra Lounge claims that ‘self-indulgence is a necessity’. On the one hand it’s home to a fashion-conscious restaurant that feeds local
socialisers and the theatre crowd with sharing platters and international combos such as feta-stuffed baby aubergines, fillet of sea bream with spiced couscous or rump of beef with cassava chips
and caramelised onions. UL also accommodates a bar and club noted for its mixology: main man Ibo Hoxha produces exotic fruity creations ranging from blueberry old fashioned and a caramel apple
martini made with Belvedere citrus vodka to Ultra tornado (a tall shooter comprising Cazadores tequila and Chambord topped with Champagne). Happy hour runs until 9pm, and DJs pump out the sounds
until the early hours at weekends; special music and fashion events too.
