Like its sibling in Butler’s Wharf, the Covent Garden branch of Teapod is a very modern take on a traditional English tearoom. Decked out in apple-green & bright pink, it’s a cheery spot in
which to enjoy one of the 20 brews on offer, including Nepal oolong, lapsang souchong & Darjeeling first flush, plus a range of white, green, fruit & herbal infusions – all carefully
sourced by Teapod’s blenders. To eat, there’s a tempting selection of homemade cakes alongside sandwiches, wraps & soups; otherwise, drop by in the morning for toast & bagels or take an
afternoon break with one of their obligatory Devon cream teas. You can buy loose teas to take home & the owners will even sell you one of their funky teapots.
