There’s nothing quite like eating seafood with a view of the sea, or in this case a tidal river. So on an unusually mild winter’s day I made my way to Wapping to Smith’s Brasserie of Tower Bridge to see if they deserve their motto “famous for fish”.Visiting with a large group I found the service very hospitable, and the dishes arrived with fairly good synchronization.On a Saturday they offer a very affordable set lunch menu, two courses for £19.50 with the option to add a third for £24.50.I tried the Tempura Tiger Prawns with Honey & Soy Dressing which was light and beautifully presented, (a generous serving for a entree also)...
