garlic, black-bean dressing and ginger mayo. There's also a host of pizzas (many involving the eponymous salad leaves), plus seasonal grills such as lime and chilli-glazed swordfish with wasabi and
spinach mash. After that, you may struggle with a deconstructed fruit crumble or pistachio baklava.
