It’s quietly civilised during the day, but starts to buzz later on as the three bars and nightclub get rammed with revellers. If solid sustenance is required, the menu takes a road trip through wings, crab cakes, ‘dirty burgers’, fajitas, BBQ back ribs, buttermilk chicken and other global classics, with mixed platters for those who want to share the spoils. After that, B52s, Woo Woos, Pom Poms, Mojitos and jugs of Porn Star Martini get the crowds fuelled up for a late-night session.
