empty plates and wine glasses left by the Blackfriars hordes every lunchtime. Classic flavours abound, including milano (with ham and asparagus), juventus (artichokes and pepperoni) or the
Pavarotti (‘something to sing about’). But innovation counts, too: wholemeal pizzas are on offer and new pastas are chalked up regularly. Service is ‘amazing’, and in summer, City workers enjoy the
‘dappled sunlight’ of the leafy, piazza-style terrace beyond Harry’s baroque facade while sipping from the modest, Italian-leaning wine list.
