river Cam from the decked terraces and wrought-iron balconies. Spread over three levels, it strikes a casual pose with bistro-style seating, greenery and French prints on the walls, while the menu
gathers together ideas from far and wide. Signature dishes could range from smoked duck breast with cantaloupe melon, wasabi and soy dressing to grilled monkfish and tiger prawns with lemongrass,
chilli and coconut cream sauce – although the kitchen also rolls out char-grilled steaks, pasta, risottos and salads. For afters, expect anything from sticky toffee pudding to New York cheesecake.
The food is supported by a comprehensive international wine list, with Old World vineyards standing out.
