Located in the heart of the West End in Great Portland Street, this colourful and cosy eatery is decorated with blue ceilings, Turkish lamps, lemon-coloured walls and wooden furniture, and Efes 2 has a basement dining room which hosts live entertainment and belly dancers every week. The menu is filled with a selection of crowd-pleasing kebabs, steaks, and meze platters – we love the aubergines stuffed with onions, tomatoes, parsley and garlic; the charcoal-grilled leg of chicken marinated, rolled and skewered with peppers and mushrooms; and the diced lamb and onion kebab.
