induce a holiday mood among its sharp-suited denizens. Indoors or out, you can sip sophisticated cocktails such as the bison cobbler (Zubrowka vodka, pear juice, St Germain liqueur, lemon, cinnamon
syrup and basil), knock back Viru and Cusqueña beers or dip into the cosmopolitan selection of wines by the glass; there's a long list of malt whiskies to choose from, too. At lunchtime you can
chow down on refined brasserie fare, from grilled onglet with bordelaise sauce to sea-bass fillet with salad niçoise, while burgers, lamb skewers or fishcakes provide ballast in the evening. Not
cheap, but worth the investment.
