The latest London pop-up is Bombay Sapphire Dusk, a heated alfresco bar on the terrace of Somerset House. Designed by ex-Habitat head honcho Tom Dixon to reflect 'l'heure bleue' – the French term
for that point in the evening when the sky darkens to the same shade as the gin brand's iconic blue bottle – it’s open from 10am to midnight until 18 October. From 6pm every evening the bar’s
poly-carbon block walls glow softly in the gloaming as patrons sink specially designed Bombay Sapphire cocktails. Priced from £5.95, the selection of Collinses & martinis have been specially
created by mixologists from 10 top London bars including Milk & Honey, Callooh Callay & Quo Vadis.
