New-York based British chef April Bloomfield will return to the UK this October for
a two-day residency at St John Hotel.
The Michelin-starred chef is co-owner of three top New York restaurants – The Spotted Pig, The John Dory Oyster Bar, and The Breslin. She has welcomed Henderson to her restaurants for the past four
years as part of ‘Fergustock’ – Henderson’s own guest-cheffing stint, which has become an annual event. Now, it is the London chef’s turn to play host.
At St John Hotel, Bloomfield will work alongside Henderson to create menus for two lunches and two dinners, to take place on 30 and 31 October. Booking lines will open on 1 September: call 020 3301
